I am entrusting y'all with the mission of knowing ones position. We have recently been elected positions to PCN15 Core and have no clue of what our jobs entail. To know your responsibilities and duties, please communicate with the past core members according to your position and figure out what you have to do to make this production possible.
Please comment a list of your duties and responsibilities, and if you have a Co-Co, please divided the work between each other equally! COMMUNICATION IS KEY!

Well i think being PCNs coordinator means to communicate and know the whereabouts about the group/individuals. To repetitively tell the members whether if it is core or the whole class about what is going on in PCN, This includes practice times, due dates and etc. But most importantly making sure everyone is okay! Or at least better than okay! haha!

As acting coach,
ReplyDeletein the Fall I don't do much except go to acting class.
Spring, we will have a vote to see who is applicable for roles. After roles have been assigned I work with the actors to ensure they know ho to project, act and familiarize their roles.
As financial, it is my duty to keep everything organized. From receipts to reimbursements (which will be taken care of at the end of the school year). Also, with reimbursements any questions or concerns I'd advise people to talk to me and we can work someone out if it isn't possible to wait till the end. Other than that I will also help with fundraising. With that said I will also make sure the cash box has money for events or any reason we need it updated and prepared. I will also have one or two other people to help count the money with me to make sure it is the right amount.
